I think many people believe they have bad luck when they can't achieve some goal they admire so much ...
I have a big dream, and I am trying to accomplish it ... I have failed for the fifth time until now. I will keep trying all the way long.
However, I think this is not because of bad luck ... it is simply because my fate has been pre determined already.

1000 + 1 reasons to uninstall Vista
Hi again!
Three months ago, I got a Toshiba Satellite A135-S4427 laptop at work. For my own pleasure, it had Windows Vista Home Premium pre-installed. It has 1 Gb RAM, 120 Gb Hard drive, DVD+RW/DVD-RAM, Centrino Core™ Duo Processor T2250 1.73GHz/2Mb L2 Cache memory.
I knew that Vista has some drawbacks while trying to "Visualize" any operation you try to accomplish so that to be *more* User Friendly!
From the fisrt day, I checked Windows Update site every week and installed each and every update (Critical, Optional, ... blah blah).
To say the least, after working on that new UI for threee months, I have to admit that my machine has hanged more than 20 times! Hanging means Complete loss of eveything, nothing would be useful except removing the battery or pressing the power button for 4+ seconds.
Not to mention that I got fried while waiting Vista to copy my 20+ Gb data from my old computer through a 100 Mbps LAN. As a last resort, I copied my old files from my old Windows XP machine.
I will ignore mentioning all the stupid warnings/messages popping up everytime you try to do anything useful. I think M$ thinks that working on Notepad is just more than enough for any user!
You shouldn't install/unistall, build/run/debug any program. You should not even try to copy/move/delete any file from your hard drive!
Many commercial programs are not compatible with Vista, as examples: Oracle 9i, latest Symbian SDK, Visual Studio 2003/2005 unless you have SP1 for 2005!
I am really very disappointed with my experience with the so called new Windows Vista. I think that person who named his daughter against "Vista" is just a big hypocrite fool!
And before I end my post, you should see these two screen shots in Vista's last days. I was just trying to copy a DVD onto my local hard disk.
Copying A simple DVD with 4.7 Gb data... this is probably what you would get:

If you have any reasons other than Vista is just a big elephant, I will be glad to hear you!

Becoming invisible
So much disappointments, too many down times... that is typically my life!
At such time, I wish I can be invisible from everyone, even from myself.
How would anyone can overcome this? I tried to overcome this by:
Talking with my very few friends, overloading myself with work, reading, sleeping, ... no luck.
Few minutes ago, I realized that I at some few moments in the past, I was just like a star sparkling in a dark night.
Although it is true that happiness is a state of someone's mind, it is also true that happiness is a state of some one inner spirit which may inlcude faith, self confidence, a staisfied ego.
Now I will recharge my very inner spiritual battery and get back soon.

Searching for a lifetime wife!
During the last couple of months, I have been in the process of searching for a good match to be my wife! I did not try any online services, just asking my family members and closest friends.
Lucky me, there isn't any kind of success until now... it seems that there is something wrong with girls nowadays, ... well or may be something wrong with me to a tiny bit :)
I know I am not that good looking, not that rich, not that funny or even not that wise guy.
But on the other hand, I must have some good *attractive* points to someone out there in the outer space.
Thoughout my short experience, either ( I will call the candidate match the *target*) :
Well, this has to be for some good reason, which I don't know right now.
May be because time has not come yet for me to enter this golden cage *mariage*.
I am not very smart in dealing with girls. Just treating them like sisters.
May be because I have only sisters, I treat every girl as a one.
I have never tried to gain the love of any of the many girls I knew in my life.
And at work, I seek to gain my female colleagues' respect, but never their love ... may be because I feel it is not a place to find a lover there.
I think I need to revise my tactics and strategies, as the rate of failures I am hitting right now may make feel disappointed ... but as a baseline, as long as there still remains a single proper match, I will always try!
In all cases, it is them who are the LoSeRs :)
